Black Newspapers Still Relevant

image.jpg

One of at least six local Black Atlanta newspapers, The Atlanta Daily World’s mission for over 50 years has been “To seek out the truth and report it without fear or favor.”

As I read the June 16, 2018 edition of The Atlanta Inquirer newspaper I want to recommend several of their good articles that include:
– 4 Lessons The NFL Could Learn from ABC by Terrance Woodbury
– Power of the Sister Vote! by Felicia Davis
– Friendship Baptist Church to Host A Community Forum on Human Trafficking in Atlanta:  Sat., June 23, 10am-12noon

Whether you read it online at http://www.atlinq.com or get the printed copy from your local library, grocery store or other business, The Atlanta Inquirer is always informative and relevant.

As with all Black newspapers, locally and nationally, they cover stories that are often missed by other media sources. And, these stories are told from an insider’s perspective. Get informed. Get the truth about your community. Get the Black newspaper(s) as one of your reputable sources of news.

Other Black Newspapers available in Atlanta include:

– The Atlanta Daily World  www.atlantadailyworld.com

– The Atlanta Voice  www.theatlantavoice.com

– The Final Call  www.final-call.com

– The Overground Rail Road  www.overgroundrr.com

– Rolling Out  www.rollingout.com

Why not download the free app or put the website in your favorites on your mobile devices?
